Under Construction. Brand new construction on a deep lot in Old Southeast? Yes, please! Old Southeast is one of St. Pete's most loved neighborhoods, and it's easy to see why. You're minutes from downtown, close to the waterfront and Lassing Park, and surrounded by tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and some of the most exciting new construction in the city. Neighborhoods like this don't come around often, and homes in them go fast. The entire first floor is built with solid concrete block, something you don't see in a lot of new construction around here. Block gives you real peace of mind when storms roll through, and termites can't get through it. They can chew through a lot of things, but concrete block isn't on the menu. Sorry, little guys. Built by Davis Development, one of St. Petersburg's most respected local builders, this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers 2,854 sf of living space. This is where the home really stands out. The interiors were designed by Abode Home Design, a professional interior design firm, not the builder. That makes a huge difference. Every finish was hand-picked by a luxury designer whose whole job is to make a home look and feel amazing. The materials, colors, textures, and lighting all work together, and the level of finish is something you'd normally only find in a fully custom home. You'll feel it the second you walk in. It's polished without being stuffy, warm without being cluttered, and it just feels good to be in. The home sits on a deep 50 x 140 lot, which is a big deal in Old Southeast. There's plenty of room out back to add your dream pool, plant a garden, set up a play area for the kids, or just enjoy a big backyard with friends. And with an detached 2-car garage, there's room for the cars, the bikes, the beach gear, and everything else. Come see it for yourself. Great neighborhood, quality construction, beautiful design, and room to breathe. It's a rare combination in St. Pete.
